The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. In the island villages, you can enjoy the beauty of nature. a triangular cottage on the shore of a lake with a magnificent large sauna and a luxury hot tub, an additional fee of 100 euros for the pool. The terrace is a good size, grill on the gas grill and enjoy food at the outdoor table or play yard games, why not even volleyball because there is a private court. However, the apartment is located in the center of Kangasala, where all services are within walking distance. Parking is easy, in the spaces reserved for guests. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.
