The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. In the island villages, you can enjoy the beauty of nature. a triangular cottage on the shore of a lake with a magnificent large sauna and a luxury hot tub, an additional fee of 100 euros for the pool. The terrace is a good size, grill on the gas grill and enjoy food at the outdoor table or play yard games, why not even volleyball because there is a private court. After the sauna, you can enjoy the fireplace and let your thoughts calm down by the water. For an additional fee (€40), you can also use a hot tub to complement your relaxation.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The destination can also be reached by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The hot tub (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).

The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Lift takes you directly to the underground car park. Buses to Tampere leave in front of the building. A big tv has been installed on the wall (not in the pictures). Quick wi-fi.
