Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaisariani

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

This villa was amazing. Highly recommend. Accomodations were amazing and you cannot beat the location. 5-10 min walk from the Acropolis, 5-10 min walk from Monastiraki/shopping. The house is very comfortable and has a ton of nice amenities. Will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Athens.

Clean and very cool house, quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend it!

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

I was really excited about my stay! The accommodation was spotless, fully equipped and much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Excellent apartment for a couple. It's a bit small but has everything you need for a stay in Athens. Very well located. Close to everything. You can walk around the city from the apartment. It is very tastefully decorated. Modern and very comfortable. Air conditioning is essential for the heat of Athens in spring. Aikaterini is very warm and hospitable. She was attentive to our needs the whole time and had no problem with us leaving later than the check-out time. Totally recommended. I'd go back without hesitation. He also left us welcome gifts and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Really outstanding details. Thank you Aikaterini for everything!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Chalandri! The home was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind, which made our stay extra comfortable. It stayed nice and cool, even during the warmer days, and we really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was — perfect for a restful getaway. The area felt safe and welcoming, with everything we needed just a short walk or drive away. We’d definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was identical to the photos and ultra clean. The terrace is very pleasant with its retractable awning. The only criticism would be that the shower is not very large, needs to be refreshed. There is an AB supermarket 100m away and it meets all needs. Secure and private parking is a big plus! Additional information: an Uber between the apartment and the Acropolis costs between 7 and 9 euros

The property was as described, centrally located, walkable to most areas of interest. Antonis was very friendly, extremely detailed in messages, highly responsive with great recommendations for private taxi service, eating places, etc. Enjoyed the stay. some construction going on next door, but nothing going on between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is temporary. Nice view from the roof top and lot of good places to eat within a 5 min walking radius. Highly recommend!

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

Host always responded and was very helpful with on-time and affordable transportation from airport and to cruise port and back to airport. We had 7 people with 14 pieces of luggage. 7 minute walk to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend them.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

2nd stay at Rania's, she's awesome! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with lots to do, but not too crowded in the center. Car is a must, but Hertz has a location very close-by. The place is large enough for a family of 5 from America. Rania's mother lives downstairs and she is very kind. The place has 3 apartments: Basement, middle and this one which is on top of the building. Parking wasn't a hassle, wifi worked, fireplace and outside BBQ worked, etc.
