Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kailua-Kona

Richard and his wife have such an amazing place to stay! We loved it! Such great people and had everything we needed and more! I will definitely stay here again!

READ THIS REVIEW: Honestly Stephanies place was better than I expected. The house was beautiful. The art all over the house, amazing. It felt like a big tree house. The hot tub is better than what pictures show. Its so peaceful and close to the airport. We were hesitant at first because of other reviews but im glad we booked because it was far from what we thought. The cats are sweet but they don’t come inside unless you leave the door open. Even then you shoo them away and they’ll leave. Its a beautiful home. I would 100% stay here again if I came back. There is soooo much space. There was 11 of us and there was more than enough space. Very responsive when we needed them! MAHALO !

This is a beautiful and immaculate home. Very spacious and accommodated our whole family for my son’s 30 birthday, I would come again!

I really enjoyed the stay at the place. Everything is clean and cozy. There’re AC, washing machine, and dryer, pretty helpful and crucial as the local temperature is high. There’re also amenities like beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, life vests, and noodles. The hosts are always friendly and super responsive. The place is really worth its price.

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

Incredible place! Beautiful gardens. Walking distance to beach. Great location for day trips. Jill has an amazing attention to detail and the spacious studio displays all of her artistic prowess. It's truly a sanctuary to unwind and chill out. Do yourself a favor and book it for as long as your vacation allows.

This Airbnb makes an excellent home base for Big Island adventures. After a day at the beach, it was wonderful to come back up the hill to this beautiful, peaceful home and feel the trade winds. We didn’t use the A/C (which was available) - open windows and screen doors felt better than A/C. You can see the ocean and the beautiful tropical sunsets from the lanai. We had a multigenerational trip: grandparents, a couple, and an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Excellent house layout with a split floor plan and all the rooms on one level for this mixed group. The kitchen was very well supplied. Bathrooms had soap/shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/hand soap, which was much appreciated. Nice laundry setup. Great beach supplies - coolers, snorkels, towels, chairs, umbrellas. We also used the lovely neighborhood pool, which was about a 5-10 minute drive away - not walkable, I would say. Beautiful home. Wow! All I can say is Wow! It was a beautiful place with the most amazing views of the ocean. The best breeze comes in the open windows. The outside patio was almost my favorite part. It was wonderful to sit out there with the lights off and listen to nature. My favorite part was a lovely young girl, who lives on the top floor, that talked to my sister and I, and picked some “Flowers” for us. The space is extremely clean. We cooked a few meals with ease cause all that the kitchen offers. The bathroom was small but perfect for us and water pressure was just right. Couch bed and bedroom bed were nice and comfy. It was nice knowing that there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler for us to take to the beach. Being able to wash our beach stuff when we got back was a huge bonus.I would highly recommend this place for a family with children. Don’t pass this one up. I would stay here again and again.

The location was perfect, with Manta Ray Night Viewing We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Michael and their property highly enough.

Great condo. Quiet location and close drive to town, beaches and groceries. Eating breakfast on the lanai was a highlight! The Kahili is a favorite place to stay as it is a smaller sized complex. The pool and bbq area are well maintained and enjoyable. The complex manager is great as well.

We loved the two bedroom condo. Our hosts must have spent a lot of money updating the inside. I knew I was staying in a home with all the required amenities. There were a few helpful extras like beach chairs, large beach towels, and water shoes for walking on the lava. The kitchen had extras like a home - garlic press, skewers, ziplock bags. We loved sitting on the deck morning and night watching the surfers enter and exit. A special treat in January was watching the whales breach! We would stay here again in an instant.

This place was perfect for my family of four. The unit was very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The pool areas at the resort were great and not crowded. Staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Tim was able to arrange this place for us very last minute and all went very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Place is small but cute, close to all the bars and restaurants. Only thing is door dash and u er always had a hard time finding the unit. Also Ubers are hard to get in the area after a certain time but that’s not the condos fault. Would stay again.
