Beachfront holiday rental in Kahana

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Gorgeous, very well-supplied, great kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. We would stay again!

This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Thanks, Gail. We are coming back next year.

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Robert was amazing to deal with! Great communicator, very accommodating of the guest, and seemed very genuine. The Westin at Kaanapali speaks for itself! It has everything…pools, great location, awesome beach front ! Had a great ocean view! And view of the pools! The room was very spacious. It was just two of us but we could have had two more people on the sofa bed easily. Small kitchen with full fridge and ice maker allowed for in room meal accommodations and cold refreshments. Spacious bathroom . It was five star plus! We had a hard time leaving… it was perfect and there is always so much to do in Hawaii.

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Just a few seconds walk from a beautiful beach, snorkeling along the rock reef there were plenty of turtles to see. The park is a great place to watch the sunrise. You can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom. Lot's of food in walking distance, a picturesque tropical place to relax.

Great spot and management company. With the buy one get one free excursions we got offered, the sunset cruise was WELL worth it. Would stay again next time we are back. Turtles, whales and views.

Great stay, highly recommend. It is probably the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever been to. Anything you need for the beach, for snorkeling, a crib for your baby, aloe for when you get a sunburn, spinning bike to work out…It’s all there! The lanai was especially helpful for keeping twin toddlers contained. Also, amazing sunset view! The only thing to note is that the pool area is a little small and in the parking lot behind the building - if you want to spend a lot of your vacation lounging by the pool, this could be a detractor. Other than that, food trucks are right behind the building and the grocery store is down the street. Very convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place is exactly as described and pictured—clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The peaceful surroundings and incredible ocean views made it feel like a true escape. We loved sitting on the lanai with Molokai right in front of us and spotting sea turtles every day—pure magic. The location is perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet close to restaurants, beaches, and everything we needed. One thing we missed when booking was that there’s no A/C. We like to sleep at around 68 degrees, so it was warmer than we’re used to. That said, the host was incredibly responsive and quickly provided two large fans, which made a big difference and kept us comfortable. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Joseph clearly cares about guest comfort and was always quick to respond. Overall, this place is a gem—peaceful, clean, well-located, and run by a host who goes the extra mile. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Gorgeous sunset views from the patio and beach. Sea turtles swimming near by. Beautifully maintained grounds and friendly, professional staff. AC unit the living room cooled off well for comfortable sleeping. Both beds are comfortable.

We had a fantastic time during our stay here! A few of the things we liked: The view cannot be beat. Sitting on the balcony, watching the ocean, and sipping coffee or eating lunch was perfect. There's a little beach which is only accessed by the folks in the building. We often had it to ourselves. We went to a larger, public beach one day and it was so expensive to park there and the beach was so busy - we much preferred to stay at our airbnb! There were more amenities than specified in the listing! We found boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and sand castle buckets in the closet. The kids were thrilled! The building is super quiet. We never had noisy neighbors or trouble sleeping. Sea turtles are everywhere. They are constantly visible from the balcony and often swam within 15 - 20 feet of the kids playing in the surf. We also caught glimpses of whales every other day. What a delight! I completely recommend this airbnb - truly a lovely vacation home!

We booked an entire week at Jenny’s place. Check-in was easy and there was ample parking. It was exactly as the pictures showed with great views of the ocean and beach from high atop the 4th floor. The unit had AC for the warm days but we absolutely loved the cool breeze that would carry straight through the unit with the front window shades opened. Sands of Kahana was a beautiful property with beach access, grills to use, a large pool and a really nice restaurant/bar that was reasonably priced. We enjoyed our morning walks to nearby Hawaiian Village Coffee to grab a drink and a light pastry. Other amenities nearby include snorkel shops, a sushi restaurant, general store and cafe. We really enjoyed and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella as we swam at nearby Kapalua Beach and Kaanapali Black Rock. Jenny was so friendly and responsive with her emails outlining all you needed to know about the property and surrounding area. We highly recommend this property and will be back!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our Honeymoon in Maui. The place was clean, looked just like the photos, great communication with the owner, flexible/easy to navigate. The location was also close to many things in town and not too far of a drive to more central locations. The view is also incredible!!

The pictures and descriptions match the reality of the studio and the location. This was my first-ever time using Airbnb and I had always been hesitant. Not with this little gem in Napili. The picture of the bay, beach, Molokai - it's real. And the Hawaiian feel of the interior is equally how you feel in person. It was perfect for a single, professional seeking solitude. Would also be great for a couple. The nights were the best. Only sound heard were the waves and occasional breeze. Slept with the windows open each night. The kitchen has everything to cook your meals, with ease. Particularly appreciative of the fish market suggestion: ate different types of pan-fried locally caught fish every night. Napili is a gem of a location nestled between local neighborhoods and swanky Kapalua. Strongly suggest a morning walk on the Kapalua trail. I will certainly be back.

We had an amazing stay at Quam’s place in Maui! The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean views from the lanai were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, shops, and great dining. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back—highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Myself, my husband, and three boys under the age of 10 stayed here for a week. The highlight was watching the turtles in the turtle cove and seeing whales jump from lanai at the condo. We were a couple minute walk to the best beach at napili bay. At our arrival, there was Hawaiian music playing on the Alexa with a warm greeting and bottled waters and nuts from host. The place has everything you would ever need- washer and dryer (detergent), first aid kit, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sunblock, kreuig and coffee pot. The place felt like “old Hawaii” without the resort feeling, but with all the magic of Hawaii. My kids loved the place. They did not want to leave. We left some digging toys for the beach. It was a great experience, and a trip full of wonderful memories that we will never forget. Thank you!!! The little touches on this place go a long way and was very appreciated.
