The house is adjacent to Hågadalen-Nåstens nature reserve with several tracks for exercise, hiking, running, biking and skiing. 5 minutes walk to the commercial area Stenhagen Centrum with several grocery stores, liquor store, pharmacy, fashion as well as restaurants and dense bus transport into Uppsala. Hall with private exit to stairwell. In the hallway there is also a locked soundproofed door to the rest of the apartment where I live. A total of 35 square metres. Sommarro is a 15 minute bike path from the city center. Several bus lines stop nearby. Nearby are restaurants and grocery stores. The urban forest invites for walks in nature.

The house offers an undisturbed location where you can relax but still have proximity to Uppsala and its beautiful surroundings, Arlanda airport and Stockholm. Relax on the well-stocked terrace at the back of the house while hearing the noise of the waterfall at a distance.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.
