In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

The space that we have is a studio apartment and has most of the basic amenities required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Mysore city close to Chamundi Hill and Lalitha Mahal Palace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are someone who enjoys a morning walk, just 2 km away is a scenic and quiet park (KC Layout) close to the helipad, or MG road towards Radisson Blu. Upper level of this beautiful 2 level house situated in a prime location is rented out. It has a very big living room, plus a bedroom with attached bathroom+toilet. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony area in the front and back. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults and the living room has a very big divan area which can sleep 2 adults easily. There is a separate stairs access to the second floor which has it own main entry door.
