Beautiful houseboat directly on the water, on the Kagerplassen, the Koppoel, between The Hague/Leiden and Amsterdam. Close to the beautiful coastal towns of Scheveningen/Katwijk/Noordwijk. Ideally suited for water sports. The terrace/deck by the lake is in the sun all day, and you can jump into the lovely water. 4 bikes and a two-person canoe are available. Boat rental nearby. Shops nearby. Parking for 2 vehicles within walking distance. Beautiful cycling routes.

The Dobberhuisje is compact (38.5 m2), luxurious and self catering. From the Buitenkaag, you can sail with the sloop you get, in about 15 minutes to the cottage. In the cottage you will find a luxurious bathroom with nice shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living space. Around the cottage you can enjoy on your own floor of all that is happening around you and step in the lake for a refreshing dip. The cottage can only be reached over the water.

Cozy houseboat with garden on the Kaag

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking inside, no parties and no pets.
