My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Fully equipped, this small house will meet all your needs. The 60h du Parc offers a 1.5-hour walk where you will discover its remarkable trees, animals, fishing pond and many other surprises that you will not soon forget. All photos are taken in the area.

In the heart of Lower Normandy, the cottage La Ch'tite Vallée awaits you at the exit of the village. Close to shops: Juvigny-le-Tertre, Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouet, Avranches, Vire. Close to tourist centers: Mortain waterfalls, Voie Verte, Jullouville beach, museums, Châteaux, Mont Saint Michel. The house has its own entrance and an adjoining 50 m2 garden. You can meet the goats, ponies, chickens, cows and cats of the house.

Enjoy a bright, detached townhouse with the option to park a vehicle in front of the house or in the nearby car park. All shops within walking distance (bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, grocery stores... see my guide), bus and train station. Very well equipped accommodation. Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
