NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

Dobrodošli v mirnem domovanju, ki ponuja čudovit razgled in zasebnost. Uživajte v notranjem jacuzziju ali se sprostite v savni, popolni za sproščanje. Hiša vključuje terase z razgledom, kjer se lahko sprostite v miru. Ponujamo tudi polnjenje za električna vozila. Vsak element je zasnovan, da vaše bivanje naredi čim bolj udobno in posebno. Za te dodatke (jakuzzi, savna, polnjenje avtomobila) zaračunavamo doplačilo 10 EUR na uporabo, kar omogoča, da ohranimo visoko kakovost in čistočo storitev.

It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

You will rest in hammocks, deckchairs and watch horses, chickens, ducks in the pasture... Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
