Holiday rentals with a patio in Jūrmala

Wir hatten samt zwei Kids (jeweils eigenes Zimmer) eine wunderbare, entspannte Woche, waren viel am schönen Strand, kleines Strandcafe ganz in der Nähe, sehr ruhige Ungebung, zwei, drei gute Restaurants in Gehweite, kommen sicher wieder!

Ļoti jauka vieta kur palikties. Saimniece ļoti patīkama un atsaucīga. Paris minūšu gājienā no jūras. Noteikti atgriezīšos vēlreiz un ieteiktu arī citiem. 🙂🙂🙂

В целом апартаменты даже превзошли ожидания. На кухне было всё необходимое, стиральная машина расположена в отдельном техническом помещении. Плотные шторки на окнах, двойные двери - в целом можно было спокойно спать. Мимо проходят железнодорожные пути, но меня это не беспокоило. Соседей по апартаментам слышно, когда они хлопают дверью или что-то делают в ванной, но контингент тихий, никто сильно не шумел.

Viskas buvo gražu, tvarkinga ir patogu kaip nuotraukose. Tik kelis kartus pasijautė kanalizacijos kvapas, bet pravėdinus viskas puiku! Bendrai vonia yra tvarkinga.

Butas buvo itin švarus, patogus ir puikiai įrengtas. Viskas atitiko aprašymą ir net viršijo lūkesčius – tai tikrai padėjo mums mėgautis atostogomis be jokių rūpesčių. Jautėsi, kad butas prižiūrimas su didele atsakomybe ir dėmesiu detalėms. Galiu drąsiai teigti, kad tai buvo puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Tikimės, kad turėsime galimybę pas jus sugrįžti ateityje!

Location is so beautiful and calm. Everything we needed were there. Owner speaks English where we didnt find trouble to communicate. Place was clean. Apart from the house, surrounding and the environment was so good. The beach near to the home is very quite and beautiful. Without hesitate we can give 5 stars.

Its was a really nice and cosy place to stay. Everything is new and super clean. 10/10 recommend!

We are three sisters visiting Latvia for the first time. We loved staying with Katrina, Anna and Matias (and their sweet puppy) in Jürmala! From before booking to the moment of departure, our hosts were responsive, helpful, and charming. The cottage is in a little garden w an apple tree, next to the beautiful main house, behind a gated fence on the main road. There’s a sweet table for outdoor dining. The address is easy to find, just outside the “downtown” part of town, so everything is accessible but it is quiet on the beach. Across the road is a little gourmet food stand for goodies and fruit. The gorgeous beach is a pretty ten minute walk away. The cottage has one really nice main bedroom, which also serves as a shared space (tv and little dining table), plus two small rooms. We loved the vibe and style, pretty but casual, with a real kitchen. One of us had a chest infection, and our hosts really stepped up so we got immediate, Impeccable, and inexpensive medical help.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Great place, beautiful, peaceful, walkable distance to the sea. House if fully equipped for a family of four persons. Great host - very responsive, flexible - our family spent a few wonderful days here - very much recommended.

Ļoti mājīga un skaista mājiņa – viss bija tīrs un kārtībā. Sava bija ļoti atsaucīgs un pretimnākošs. Pirts un karstā baļļa tika sagatavotas uz norunāto laiku, kas padarīja mūsu atpūtu vēl patīkamāku. Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta – veikals ir tepat blakus, un līdz jūrai tikai 5 minūšu pastaiga. Mājiņā bija viss nepieciešamais komfortablai dzīvošanai. Noteikti iesakām un labprāt atgrieztos vēlreiz!

Ein wunderschönes, großes, gemütliches Haus in der ruhigen Gegend. Alles ist super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzer, die in der nähe wohnen. Alle Fragen konnten sehr schnell geklärt werden. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

An excellent experience. The train station is nearby and can be reached in two minutes on foot. Trains run every 30 minutes from Riga. A quiet beach is close by and can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. Peaceful surroundings.

Everything was as in the pictures and in the description. Very nice neighborhood. Short walk to the seaside.

Всё просто супер! Фото полностью сообщают, всё ухоженно. Хозяин просто супер. Реально отдохнули на все 100! Но как всегда мало 😁! Обязательно приедем ещё. Спасибо за хороший отдых. 🫠

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Жилье очень понравилось. Чисто, просторно, стильно. Хозяин заботливо обеспечил бытовой техникой, гигиеническими принадлежностями, есть все для удобного проживания.

My family had a great stay at this flat.

Нам довелось побывать в этих впечатляющих апартаментах. Они действительно прекрасны. Потолки поражают своей красотой. Пианино - это уникальная изюминка этого пространства. Моя дочь немного умеет играть. И я могу сказать, что звук этого старинного музыкального инструмента поразительный. Высокие потолки, современная техника, действующий камин, отреставрированный паркет - все находится в гармонии удобства и красоты. Арвис заботливый хозяин. Будьте уверены, что он сделает все возможное для того, чтобы пребывание здесь было на высшем уровне. Мы прекрасно провели время и вдохновились архитектурой этого места.

We were fortunate to reside in an exceptional apartment. It has all the things you need for daily life, so you'll feel right at home. You will have at your disposal coffee cartridges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, food spices, cooking oil, and so on. There are too many things to list, and I'm sure I'll forget something. The apartment has excellent heating, so if you are planning to visit Riga during the winter, you will not have problems with heating. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, so we woke up every morning rested to walk around Riga. The apartment has been extremely well-kept. The apartment's owner is really understanding. To give you an example, let me just say that we arrived in Riga early in the morning and were given permission by the apartment's owner to check-in earlier. Finally, all I can say is that I'm grateful to Arija for letting us stay in her apartment in Riga. In terms of its own status, Riga is a true metropolis. You really ought to visit Riga.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with all possible amenites supplied. It was very clean and within easy walking distance of all the Old Town sights, and had an included parking spot in the secure courtyard. The hosts were marvelous, and very pro-active, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were there when the weather was a bit changeable, and the apartment doesn't get too much natural light, but we didn't find this a problem. We were greeted with a host of complementary drinks in the fridge, and numerous sweets, and this was a real highlight. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.
