Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage with private sauna on the Arctic Circle, a warm retreat where Nordic simplicity meets soulful comfort. Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Talo sijaitsee pienessä kylässä lähellä tietä ja huoneet ovat samassa tasossa. Aavasaksan laskettelukeskus n. 16 km Ylitornion keskusta n. 25 km. Rovaniemen lentokenttä n. 100km. Lähimmät ruokakaupat: Ylitornio 25km. Ruotsin Matarengi 18km. Oma auto tai vuokra- auto on välttämätön kohteeseen matkustaessa.

Northern lights paradise

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.

Nauti illasta nuotion tai takan ääressä, katsele luontoa ja Lapin taivasta, hyvällä onnella näet revontulet. Löydä metsäpolut ja lämmitä puulämmitteistä saunaa. Aitoja lappilaisia kokemuksia ilman kaupungin ruuhkaa. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä!
