In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Well-maintained and venerable Nordland house from the early 1900s. Located high and shielded on the west side of the idyllic Beiardalen. Full kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with spacious freezer and stove with induction. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.

We welcome outdoor enthusiasts to our beautiful cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great private hot tub right by the water and an outdoor jacuzzi (included in the price). Great hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top hikes and shorter family hikes for you.
