Waterfront holiday rentals in Jungang-dong

It was a property with a good view of the sea. The accommodation was clean and tidy overall, but there was a little dust under the bed. The bed was comfortable and the duvet was nice. I slept well because of the blackout curtains. The building parking lot was difficult to park due to the limited space, and there is a hotel parking lot within 100m.

Even at a late hour, the check-in inquiry was made quickly, and the room was pretty, the view was pretty, and everyone was satisfied. One disadvantage was that the cooking wasn't good, but everything else was satisfactory.

I happened to meet the host when I checked in, and he kindly helped me. The indoor condition was so good, and the bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator were all good. I hope that this good condition will continue. Also, there was no noise, the sea view was so nice, and it was convenient to have a convenience store. I was worried that I would only have to use one elevator because there was only one elevator in the hall, but it ran quickly. There was an additional cost, but the parking service was also good. Another advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby. I intend to revisit. Thank you for providing a good accommodation.

As shown in the photo, there is a terrace and a window where you can see the lighthouse beach right away, so you can see the sea even if you don't go outside. Porcha Street was also nearby, so I was able to walk. I had a comfortable stay with a kind and quick response.

3 adults stayed for 1 night. It was so clean and nice that it was a shame to stay for just one night. The living room is spacious, so I think it would be good for families with kids. And if you stay here, I recommend Seorak Port 16th Street Ho's sashimi restaurant!! I had a really nice meal and had a nice stay. It's perfect for having a drink and then driving back. I want to come again.

It was a comfortable and clean accommodation. The bedding was luxurious and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. The sea view from the accommodation was so beautiful. It was a satisfying vacation.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is so good, not to mention the views, and I think the host has a sense. I always went to a hotel if I went to Sokcho, but I think I'll use it here often. It's right in front of the sea, and there are many places to walk around, so it's nice. There was a comment that the exterior was old, so I think this is great for this price. The boiler was also baked, so it rained the day before, and all the wet clothes were placed on the floor, so it dried out. ✨ I'll come again next time.

The best location, the beautiful scenery, the cleanliness of the room, the communication, etc. are all great, but what makes this room shine even more is the host's thoughtful touch. I can feel that the host has a lot of affection for the room and really cares about a lot of things. Come and feel it for yourself ^^

The accommodation is very affectionate, clean and comfortable. It's a quiet and well-organized interior, as if I were really at my grandmother's house. I'll use it every time I come to Sokcho~

The accommodation was spacious and pleasant, and the bathroom was very clean, as if it had been remodeled. There are three rooms, and the living room is not small, so I don't think it will be stuffy even if more than 4 people stay. It was very quiet in the residential area, so it was perfect for us who were traveling as a family, but I think it may not be for those who want a bustling travel atmosphere. It was very close to the Goseong Beach that the kids love, and since I enjoy running these days, I was able to run around the Yeongrangho Lake, which is about 7 km from the accommodation, and meet the pine martens. It was about 10 minutes by car to Sokcho Jungang Market, so I was able to go there comfortably. Each room decorated by theme was impressive, but it was a little disappointing that the stick of the game console 2P was broken, so 2P didn't move well, so the two of us couldn't play the game. Thanks to the great accommodation, I was able to spend a great trip with my family of four for 2 nights and 3 days. I recommend it.

A warm and cozy atmosphere that you can feel as soon as🫧🧡 you open the door. Sokcho Fisheries Market and Jungang Market are right across the street from the accommodation, so you can easily walk around!! The heating worked well, so I slept so warmly! There were also a variety of tableware, so there was no inconvenience ~ ~ Usually, if you are close to famous tourist attractions, the accommodation is expensive, but thank you so much for using it at a low price:) I definitely want to use it again next time I come to Sokcho! Please run it for a long time☺️

This Sokcho trip was very satisfying. First of all, thank you to the host. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so satisfied that I'm leaving one. The weather was nice, but the accommodation was so nice. The host was really kind and told me all the information in advance, so I was able to use it easily and simply. The accommodation was very tidy and the atmosphere that the host decorated was so nice. In particular, the beam project was a kick. I used it well before bed. There was a lake right in front of the accommodation, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The walking course is so well done that I'm healing and going. Thank you.

It was a great place to stay comfortably. Everything is as described and the pictures are accurate. I loved how responsive and helpful the host was.

The surrounding environment was so good that I wondered if there was such a place in Goseong. And the inside of the accommodation was very clean, and it was even better thanks to the host who welcomed us warmly. I had such a good stay that it was a shame to stay only one day. I would like to revisit if I have the opportunity later.

If I go to Sokcho again, I want to book this accommodation again! The entrance is in a small alley, but I loved the clean interior of the house and the private backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, and the convenience store is right nearby. Sokcho Beach is right in front, so I made unforgettable memories in Sokcho. Heh heh. I was thankful that the host was very kind when communicating with him!!

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complex Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because it was more satisfying than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

I was really surprised by the cleanliness that was comparable to a hotel. The host was also very kind and responded quickly, and the sea was close in front of the accommodation, and there were many food and entertainment nearby, so I had a good time!!

This is my second visit. I came the last time and I liked the location, so I came again this time. It's a new building, so it's clean and the location is my favorite. There were plenty of bedding and a table to sleep on the floor, so it was nice to pack several food and eat it. The TV didn't have live broadcasting, but that was a bit of a downside:) Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation ~ ~

Sokcho Beach has very good accessibility! You can really feel Sokcho. The accommodation is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. There is a lot of detailed consideration compared to other accommodations! I highly recommend it

I stayed here while traveling with my family, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! There were two rooms, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the bed was really fluffy and cozy, so it was so nice to sleep.! -,? I was really surprised that the bathroom was especially clean! It is cleaner than the pictures. The location of the accommodation was also perfect! There was a discount mart in front of the management room, so it was very convenient to buy simple snacks or drinks, and the food alley was close to the coastal road, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants easily. In the evening, with my family I went out for good food and was so happy! When I got back to the house after a long day of walking around, I really liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. However, There is no free parking space. For those who come by car, we recommend parking around 5 o'clock in advance. And there are plenty of towels. It was provided, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

The location is good, the interior is so pretty, and the necessary things are so well equipped. Haha. The best thing was that I could listen to LP. ~

You can see the sea view and there are two rooms, but the price is so reasonable. It's neat and comfortable, so I took my parents and had a great rest with my family.

The place looked really nice, easily accsible to the rest of the city via bus stops or even walking. Would book here again if I had the opportunity to visit Sokcho again
