The property has three rooms on the second floor, each approximately 133m², suitable for family events, workshops, club meetings, or groups of foreign guests. There is one bathroom on each floor (ground and second), ensuring convenient use without any inconvenience. Now, you no longer have to go to the trouble of picking up market food and taking it all the way to your accommodation—come to Oshio Stay, park your car for free in the designated parking area, and walk to Dakgangjeong, Sulppae, Ojingae Sundae, Hoe Center, and other delicious eateries that are famous in Sokcho, and get takeaway! The kitchen on the first floor has a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people, and the pantry on the second floor has a folding door that you can open on sunny days to enjoy your morning coffee or even a beer while gazing at the night sky. On the ground-floor deck, you can enjoy a romantic barbecue on the outdoor bench for up to 10 people and the premium electric grill. Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.
