Wir legen großen wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, das Holz stammt aus dem eigenen Wald und die Energie beziehen wir von unserer PV-Anlage. Geheizt wird CO2 neutral mit Fernwärme aus eigenen Waldhackschnitzeln

Auf dem Reiterhof GENSLEITEN machen Sie Urlaub mitten im Grünen. Der Hof eignet sich auch perfekt für Feierlichkeiten als Gruppe, wie Geburtstage, Firmenevents und Junggesellenabschiede oder ähnliches. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Thermalbäder, ein Golf Club etc. Gruppen mit mehr als 16 Personen sind willkommen bitte bei der Buchung oder Anfrage die genaue Personenanzahl angeben, ab der 17. Person fallen Zusatzgebühren an.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony to the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TV, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking directly in front of the door, Innradweg and recreational area Unterer Inn nearby. The overnight price is for two people.

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
