Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

GlückAhoi: South-facing balcony & beach chair

My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

Kornboden in Pilsumer Hof

In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Groot Stuv apartment for 2-3 people

Relax – in our cozily furnished Groot Stuv. As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with integrated kitchen and cozy dining table. The Groot Stuv has two bedrooms. One facing south with a large double bed and one facing east with a single bed plus day bed with sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. On the north side there is a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe.

Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and great sea views

The apartment Kowblick is upstairs. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny balcony with limited sea views. The apartment is located on the first floor. Our guests have access to two bedrooms with double beds as well as a modern sofa bed for two more guests in the large living/dining area. The exclusive sauna and fitness area on the basement with natural light rounds off your feel-good vacation in the corner ship.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Welcome to the apartment "Lütte Stuuv" on the Sommerpolderhof in Krummhörn. Relax in this cozy and quiet accommodation overlooking the surrounding fields. Just 4 km from Greetsiel, you can relax on your own lawn, ride a bike and explore the sights of East Frisia. 6 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs live here and you can bring your dog too. The garden of your apartment is secured with a picket fence.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Tweede to Huus

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is located on an old dike. This allows a view of meadows and fields. Occasionally you can watch deer, rabbits, pheasants and birds. The accommodation is in the middle of East Frisia. Norden, Greetsiel, Aurich and Emden can be reached in no time. The property is equipped with insect protection.
