Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

The town center is around the corner - the main beach is exactly five minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment of about 40 square meters on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor activity. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a double bed. The bedroom has a large bed with a continuous mattress; a travel crib for toddlers can also be set up.

The apartment "Spinnaker," furnished with attention to detail over two floors, is ideal for your vacation with friends, family or for two friendly families, couples. On 82 square meters, there are four bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each in the attic), a modern bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet and the light-flooded living-dining area for up to 8 people. The large balcony invites you to linger.

Look forward to a relaxing stay in our cozy and centrally located apartment. The apartment is ideal for a vacation for two or just to relax for a few days alone. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Our two-room apartment offers you the perfect combination of location and relaxation on the beautiful North Sea island of Juist. Just 5 minutes from the beach, the Krabbe offers you a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, small balcony and a cozy bedroom with a king-size double bed. Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Island Residence Juist

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
