Rafael is a fantastic host I loved the place and the view and it had a lot of things that was around

Quick, pleasant and easy communication with Arianna., our host. We feel listened to and confident with this experienced host. Very nice place, the beach is beautiful and you can walk there for a long time. There are enough chairs and the pools are clean and very beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working properly, however the bathrooms would need to be renovated. The appliances are a little worn but functional. Juan Dolio is a rather secluded site. A few small convenience stores and restaurants around but the real grocery stores are 15 minutes away by taxi and several USD $. Fridays and Saturdays nights are very noisy. Small karaoke bar across the street. Outside of these evenings, it's a very quiet place.

Maria was an awesome host. Responded quickly to everything that we needed. It was a pleasure to stay at her apartment.

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

3rd time in the Olas 704 unforgettable time and place, I suggest adjustments in some furnishings in the rooms PRESERVE the beautiful details so that the quality always follows the PLUS of this place.

Great place. Loved the beach and mostly the view!!!

The home was one street away from the malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. I would come back without hesitation.

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

100% fantastic apartment! First of all Marbella is amazing, from the 2 resort pools, beach restaurant and private beach access with cabanas (the apartment even comes with pool noodles in the front bedroom closet), to the location with across the street access to 2 mini-marts and several restaurants and top notch security. You really can’t ask for more! Anadel’s apartment is a true resort style home away from home. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with a Ninja oven and even an air fryer! The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds of all of our stays in Juan Dolio! The AC was super cool & there’s even a dehumidifier which takes your comfort to the next level (highly recommend you get that started as soon as you arrive). Super quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Anadel is a fantastic host with superb communication, kindness & consideration for our late flight home. We cannot recommend this apartment & Anadel enough! She truly treated us like friends❤️

Great stay, great communication to host, fantastic location. Only minus was the phase 2 of the Hemmingclub Club is under construction was gave a bit of construction noise. I assume it will another year before they are fully done.

Beautiful view!!!! If you are looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. The staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to still be there but are looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a very early flight so staying here 25 minutes away from the airport was a great way to get one last beach day in the Dominican Republic

Mariana's place it's absolutely beautiful, photos doesn't do justice , once you're there you find yourself in a exquisite , fully equipped beach front paradise. The views are amazing. The apartment it's huge , we were a group of eight , including my uncle on a wheelchair and never felt crowded. On the other hand Mariana was excellent always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She always on her phone and responded very quick . We had the best time at her place. The building's staff are great very friendly. If you stay at Mariana's place I promise you you'll have the best experience in this tropical heaven.
