Felipa’s place was perfect for my family’s stay in San Pedro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, which made it easy to relax during warmer nights. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we appreciated having all the tools needed for meal prep. My wife grew up in the neighborhood, so staying here felt nostalgic and special. The location is ideal—walkable to great spots like Loren Di Pasta, where the pizza & pasta was amazing, and 787 Bar and Lounge, which has a fun atmosphere. For groceries, El Jumbo is just a 5-minute drive away, making restocking effortless. Special mention to Ana Maria, the house manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She made sure our stay went smoothly and even shared some tips that made our trip even better. Overall, Felipa’s home offered comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

We loved the apartment, everything was perfect, as shown in the pictures. Everything we could need was available. Direct contact with Luis Carlos quickly and 100% available. Comfort and tranquility was what we were looking for. With plans to come back, no question! We recommend it out of the eye!

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

The place is very nice organized and clean, the pool is excellent, my friends and I really liked the place was very nice, the beach is very nice it is worth visiting, the restaurants are close to the apartment, 100% recommended it is worth going to spend a weekend with friends or family.

I felt like home, a very cozy place to spend a family weekend, the host very friendly and attentive , the truth if I had to go back to Juan Dolio , I would definitely choose this place again.

Everything is very good, the apartment is comfortable, clean, good amenities, parking and excellent maintenance people.

It was our first Airbnb and we had some doubts. Cuanfo takes a long trip you arrive hungry and does not attend to details. Alli revived us properly, even instructed us to bring us from dinner to the room. Then more relaxed we could see that the premises were eating pristine.

Luis was the consummate host. He gave us recommendations and helped us book a boat/island visit. It was one of the few places that didn't try to jam everyone in to a small space, but was also reasonably priced. It was great for a large family getaway.

This place is terrific. First of all, both the owner and local caretaker were very responsive, both quick to reply and full of useful info. Second, the pool and outdoor area are truly gorgeous and very comfortable. Indoors is spacious (so many bedrooms - we could really spread out)! I would say the only downsides were that we needed to rewash some dishes and the place is not within easy walking distance of the beach - at least, not with small kids. I’d estimate it would take an adult about 20 minutes to walk there; you need to make your way back to the main entrance and cross a small highway. But it is a beautiful beach once you get there! Clear, clear water that was the perfect temperature.
