Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Juab County

Perfect house with the perfect hosts! This was our second time here and it did not disappointed. Loves being on the water all day kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and fishing. Came for my son’s birthday again. It is so nice to be able to make meals and see your kids or if your rods are getting bites. We stayed almost 2 weeks and I still wish we could have stayed longer. I have never had a host reach out and let me know we could check in early without asking but Rob did. That started our vacation off right! Has everything you need plus some. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing home. We love it.

Derek was extremely helpful. He was always quick to answer messages, and went out of his way to make our stay easy. Finding the home at night was a little difficult, as the road is very dark, and Google maps didn't get us to the exact right place. Maybe a solar light on the house number on the mailbox on the street would be helpful. People need to understand this is a rural area, so the home, a modular house, has a rural feel to it. The water is well water, so it does have a little bit of a unique taste and smell. Obviously, the house is going through some updating, and I'm sure it will continue to get better. But overall it was well outfitted, clean, and a very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Perfect for what we needed. Mandi is a wonderful host, with prompt responses to any questions we had. We liked it so much that we already booked it for our next (annual) trip to Delta. Thanks for providing a welcoming place to stay in Delta.

Overall, great place to stay. The place felt very clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice neighborhood. Would recommend!

The Lake House was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless and the decor is gorgeous! Waking up right on the lake was magical and the sunsets blew us away. The back of the home faces sunset which made the evenings so special. Our time on the water was amazing and no one wanted to leave! Aja responded so quickly and had the best demeanor! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!!

We had a great stay at David's home. It was clean, spacious, and had a well-appointed kitchen. It's on a quiet street but still right near the center of town. David is very responsive and considerate. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note: There are two laundry rooms, and the washing machine upstairs has a damaged seal on the door so it leaks. The downstairs one works great.

We loved our stay at Christine’s barndominium! We had a large group and we all loved it there. Absolutely stunning views and so so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful home that was very cozy and perfect for our weekend! The lake was stunning as well, we took a walk to it and we spent a lot of time out back! We loved the big couch and tv and all of the space in the home too!

Previously I wanted to go but I was suspicious because it said motel de Paso and I was going with my family. Now I went alone to visit my son and the truth is a very nice, quiet place, close to everything. Very comfortable beds. Respond super fast. All I recommend is that it improves cleanliness. Despite that, I'm sure to come back. Ephraim is spectacular!

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. For what we paid, I expected a dumpy motel room. It was very clean and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. It's right across from Walmart and in short walking distance of a couple fast food restaurants. We visited for a softball tournament and were only 2 minutes from the fields. We would absolutely stay again next year.

Pleasantly surprised. Most people who come to Delta I would imagine come for work. I’ve been to Delta many times for a big environmental project. Let’s talk options. You could rent a room which many of my coworkers have tried. The experiences my coworkers tell me aren’t good from food being stolen to untrusting the other houseguests. These places are overcrowded, dirty, and at $40/night… overpriced! Option #2 - hotel staying. Hotel life is great if you have amenities like kitchen, cooking, laundry. Nothing in Delta has that and the local “bigger name” hotel is roughly 3K/month. Option #3 - Airbnb. This apartment gives privacy, quiet, a kitchen, an oven, bathroom and bedroom which you don’t have to share. Lol. Of course the other basics are there too. In final, I had no issues here. If you’re expecting the Taj Ma-hal in Delta, good luck. But if you need a place to go after work, enjoy your evening and want to cook instead of eat out… I’d say you can’t go wrong.

Definitely will stay again the next time in Nephi…

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and easy to access with plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Elizabeth place was clean and quiet. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The living room area was spacious and comfortable. They have fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook but we just warmed up something to eat. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super nice. We had fun playing the games that were there and walked to the nearby bowling alley for a fun family night.

It's a great room to get some good sleep. Great shower and the room was much more quiet than I thought despite being next to the highway

The only complaint we had was the king mattress was a little firm, but we used an extra mat as a topper and it was perfect. There were card games and a hot chocolate machine. When we ran out of dishwasher detergent, they brought some to us. There is a washer and dryer so we could wash some clothes. This is a very cozy, fun place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed being there with our family. Super clean and has plenty of space. We were not a fan of Jose’s, but try Roy’s Pizzeria - it’s worth going more than once.

The wrong unit was given to us, we entered a unit that was dirty and looked like another guest was staying there. We called the owner and it was corrected right away, and the correct unit # was given to us. The place was very clean and had almost everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient & nearby the venue where we were attending a wedding.

It’s a nice place to stay at Ephraim. There are many restaurant’s nearby. It’s a very comfy place to stay. I’d definitely come back
