The place is beautiful - a bit old looking architecture but spotless clean. They will provide you the entire full with basic kitchen setup as well. beautiful garden to sit if you can do something about mosquitos outside. You may need sometime to figure out your way to main road ( do not go by maps and you will find a better way which is not mentioned in map). They will arrange toto pick up drop and for sightseeing if you want them to. Good place to stay with family - can accomodate upto 5 people. One bed room has ac other has fan. Rooms have high ceiling and thick walls so are cool in summer. Accessibility wise it is good, all key locations are within 10km range and accessible by toto. they provide complimentary breakfast

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful duplex bungalow called BIROTI, nestled in the serene Aamar Bari. Although it’s about 5 km from the bustling center, the peaceful surroundings, adorned with blooming flowers, truly make it a hidden gem. The bungalow itself felt like a safe haven, beautifully decorated and inviting. It features two cozy bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom. The first floor boasts two lovely balconies—one that overlooks the charming front yard and the other that opens up to a picturesque view of the backyard and endless farms. While I adored every aspect of the place, I did notice that a little extra dusting would enhance the overall experience, as it felt a tad dusty in some areas. One of the highlights for me was the backyard, where we got a bonfire arranged that created a warm, magical atmosphere on a chilly winter night. Eight of us went to Perch, Goalpara in Shantiniketan. A peaceful, well maintained 2 storey homestay amidst beautiful nature. Mahua is a great host and Debnarayan, Shibani and their family took great care of us. Food prepared fresh on “matir unun with kather jaal” was delicious. We plan to re visit soon!

Would love to return here and bring other friends and family to enjoy such a beautiful home. Absolutely love what you have created, it was a perfect place to enjoy some tranquility and inspiration during our stay. Highly recommend ordering breakfast and lunch /dinner here too- it was some of the very best! Thank you to you all.

My stay at Dularia was nothing short of extraordinary! This was my first visit to Shantiniketan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The mud hut we stayed in was beautifully designed, with remarkable attention to detail in every corner. From the earthy charm of the interiors to thoughtful touches like the ingenious use of a broken matka to soften the light above the kitchen door, everything reflected creativity and care. The surroundings were serene and welcoming, and the presence of a sweet dog and her adorable pups made our stay even more special. The team at Dularia, especially Iti, Saraswati, Lakhan Da, and his son, were warm, kind, and wonderful to interact with, making us feel completely at home. I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve already shared it with friends and family who are eager to experience it for themselves. Thank you to the Dularia team for hosting us and creating such a magical space.

During my recent trip to Shantiniketan, I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning place and I must say, it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a serene ambiance, tasteful interiors, and ample open space that instantly makes you feel at peace. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect getaway for families, friends, and even solo female travelers looking for a safe and cozy retreat. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Bapi Da, the caretaker. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, well-fed, and had everything I needed. His warmth and kindness made me feel like I was visiting a relative rather than staying at a rental. Whether it was arranging home-cooked meals or assisting with local sightseeing. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be.

Deserves 6 / 5 stars! A stay so peaceful and enjoyable amidst the idyllic beauty of Santiniketan. Hostess Mili di is absolutely delightful to communicate with. Caretaker Shaymal da is very helpful and even helped us out with groceries! Even the househelp didi is so professional and has made us feel at home. It is THE place to be in Santiniketan no matter who you visit with, it's an absolute pleasure for senior citizens, children and youth alike. The neighborhood is pristine and the house is very tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. Do visit if you love to be gently woken up by birds chirping, mellow sunshine, a breath of fresh air and love some time away from the daily bustle of life.

Wonderful stay at Ujjaini's place. She is an excellent host. Everything was perfectly organised and properly maintained in the home. Guests can enjoy the process of complete detoxification with fresh Oxygen, charm of birds, eye soothing greenery... Loved the south facing roof and the pretty dressing area. Mina (the attendant) is a very prompt and sincere person and she can make some food & beverages for the Guest if needed. Lastly I would like to highlight the aesthetic sense of host Unjaini. Overall perfect stay for 3/4 person.

We absolutely loved our stay. The bungalow is in a very beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, and the sights of Visva Bharati University are just a walk away. The place is exactly like the pictures, very comfy and homely. Siddhartha was a great host, always ready to provide recommendations and super responsive whenever we needed anything. He made tea for us and also gave my father homemade honey for his cold, which was very sweet. We would love to book this stay again when we revisit!
