E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. AVA House는 제가 어릴때 살던 집입니다. 기존 펜션, 모텔, 콘도와 달리 Airbnb 취지와 맞는 곳을 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 다른 숙소와 비교해서 화려하거나, 세련되거나... 그러진 않습니다. 오래된 집이라 벌레도 많고, 냄새도 나고, 뭐 특별하게 좋은 것도 없습니다.
