Beachfront holiday rental in Joyang-dong

Even at a late hour, the check-in inquiry was made quickly, and the room was pretty, the view was pretty, and everyone was satisfied. One disadvantage was that the cooking wasn't good, but everything else was satisfactory.

I came to play as a group and I'm satisfied. I like all the families. I had a really good rest.

The location was so nice. It was nice to walk to the Sokcho Jungang Market for about 5 minutes, and it was so nice to walk to the Cheongcho Lake Park for 15 minutes to walk with the dog in the morning or to see the night view at night. The accommodation was clean and there was a parking lot, so it was convenient. The view was so nice, with Seorak Diamond Bridge visible from the room. The basic dog supplies were prepared, but I used the supplies I personally brought. I am 100% willing to revisit after staying comfortably during my stay. It would have been better if there was a vacuum cleaner in the room.

Simple apartment, very clean and in a great location. Be aware that the parking garage is a big challenge, although our hosts were very communicative about that and we were able to find an affordable parking lot right nearby.

I happened to meet the host when I checked in, and he kindly helped me. The indoor condition was so good, and the bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator were all good. I hope that this good condition will continue. Also, there was no noise, the sea view was so nice, and it was convenient to have a convenience store. I was worried that I would only have to use one elevator because there was only one elevator in the hall, but it ran quickly. There was an additional cost, but the parking service was also good. Another advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby. I intend to revisit. Thank you for providing a good accommodation.

It's an old building, but I felt like the rooms were taken care of. The bedding and bathroom were clean. If I go to Sokcho again, I think it would be nice to go to this accommodation again.

The bedding and bathroom were surprisingly clean! The lawn in the yard was so well maintained, and it was close to the beach, and the way there was so beautiful! It was the perfect place to stay with a puppy! Thanks to the owner's kindness, I rested for three days and two nights! Thank you:)

The accommodation was at the entrance of Sokcho, so it was easy to find. One side had a view of the East Sea, and the other side had a view of Mt. Seorak. It was great. Close the curtains when you sleep. Or the East Sea God forces you to wake up. Lol I'll use it again next time. Thank you

It was so comfortable and clean! The reviews say that the elevator and parking lot are narrow, but I didn't feel it at all! The parking lot, the number of floors, the seats were spacious, and the elevator was about 10 adults, so it wasn't small!! Infinite pool is also available, Above all, we used it for the holidays. I left early to get stuck in the car, but I arrived earlier than I thought, so I asked the host to check in early, and I was so grateful that he was so considerate of our situation!!! Thanks to you, I made very good memories, and I'll definitely book again next time I have something to come to Sokcho!

I loved the place, which was as advertised. Great space and location right by the beach. It was even near the Intercity Bus Terminal! It was a shame that I could never get the jacuzzi to more than 29 degrees Celsius, so that kind of spoiled the Jacuzzi experience (that temperature isn't quite a hot bath)...

It was nice to be able to walk to a small port (Daepo Port) and eat cheap, fresh seafood... and the sea view of the accommodation was nice. I didn't say anything clean... and it was good without missing anything. Thank you for being able to stay in such a good place, especially for being so cheap.

Four families came and stayed well. The kind owner gave me Cheonggye eggs and shared the fruits he harvested himself, so I had a good meal. It's a place I want to go again with my family.

Seven people visited, and it was spacious and comfortable. There were many beds, so it was easy to sleep, and there were many bathrooms and it was spacious, so it was convenient to use. It is also attractive to be able to go to the sea on foot. There is no noise and the kitchen and restaurant are good.

We had a great stay! The place was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It is located very close to a large lake and also walking distance to the Sokcho Beach. The place had all the amenities as described and the half tub was a nice feature. The host is very responsive and knowledgeable about local surroundings. She made the stay very comfortable. The place was comfortable for two people. Will definitely stay again!

It was easy to check in at the accommodation, and most of the time, everything was provided, so it was comfortable. ^^ I also liked the spacious house and the spacious dining table. I had a quiet rest.

I loved the apartment and the location is pretty central but I did not like that we had to pay for using the infinity pool. I get that it says so on the listing but I wasn’t expecting the large amount of 60.000 won for a couple just to use the pool.

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complex Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because it was more satisfying than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

First of all, the interior is modern and tidy! I made a reservation because I liked the atmosphere so much:) It was clean and well organized, and the location was close to the sea, and it was nice to have a CU convenience store run by the owner right on the first floor! And the bedding was comfortable, and it was nice to have a bench where we could all sit together in the living room! My mom and aunt were satisfied, saying that there was a place that was so comfortable and nice even if it wasn't a hotel. ~ I want to stay again next time I travel to Sokcho. ~!

At first, I was a little lost as to where the entrance was (because it was a general building, haha), but when I went in and went down the stairs, I saw the same accommodation as the picture. The market is right across the street from the accommodation, and the living room window has a beautiful view of the sea and the bridge, so the night view was nice. There were 4 kids out of 7 people, so we needed a lot of towels, but they were well equipped, and it was nice to have three dryers. Wherever you go, it's all within 10 to 20 minutes. But it was a little inconvenient because there was no parking lot, and it was a shame that the parking fee was high because there were two cars. If you go to the dam again, you must go to the B or C parking lot. Please note if you are going. We have kids, so even if we pay a little more, we'll park nearby. We parked in the A parking lot on the first day, but the parking fee was The B and C parking lots looked far away on the map, but in reality, they were all about the same distance. The kids loved it and it was a memorable trip, so I'm proud. I was so sorry that the 5-year-old kid left a pen mark on the blanket. Thank you for your kind response.

The location of the accommodation is good. I've only been on a trip to Sokcho for more than 30 years, but the convenience of living around was good. ^ ^ I've been to Daemyung Condo (30 years), a member of the hotel, etc., but it was uncomfortable to go up and down if I stayed in a hotel with an elderly person, but it was very convenient because it was on the first floor. Sokcho Beach is also a 2-minute walk away and a convenience store.There were quite a lot of restaurants, so it was convenient. It was a private pension remodeled, and the bedding was clean, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience. I think it would be good to travel around with those who are close to Sokcho Lover, which has only been in Sokcho for more than a year. I think it would be good. I'm planning on going more next time.~ Dongmyeong Port, Daepo Port, and Jungang Market are just the right distance. Thank you for a place where you can truly make good memories ^ ^
