Cette maison est idéale en toute saison, poêle a granulés l’hiver et climatisation naturelle l’été , à la fois pour se ressourcer et pour visiter Chablis.Tous les commerces, restaurants, caveaux et domaines sont à proximité immédiate à pieds.

Gite 6/7 people, located in a part of a hunting lodge of 1875, in the heart of the forrest, welcomes you between Vézelay, Chablis and Avallon. Park and orchard of 3000 m2, private parking for guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with toilet. The dining room with equipped kitchen and terrace, and living room. Ecological renovation : toilets and washing machine powered on the rain tank, heating and sanitary water with wood pellets produced localy.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!
