Located 1 hour from the Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the Brenne parks, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or groups of friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels, bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the old world charm. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is heated from June to September depending on the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Cute, completely newly renovated, two-bedroom townhouse in the absolute centre of town in Montmorillon. With cafes, bars and restaurants and the town square minutes by foot, the house is ideally located with no hills to climb. Brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom. There are two bedrooms and two double beds. The sleeping arrangements upstairs are suitable for two singles, two couples or children. There is no fold-out bed for additional guests. We speak French and English fluently.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.
