The host was pleasant. He was available in case you had any concerns. However there was no concerns. We had a great stay. His home is very welcoming after a long journey. I don’t frequently travel to NYC. But if and when I do this is where o will stay. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood and the place is clean, and very comfortable. My daughter has a 5 month old and the house even had a baby crib. Mr. Imtiaz, house supply your every need. A great stay for the price. We really appreciate him for being so caring to provide for his guests nothing bad or disappointing can be said about this AIRBNB. Me and my family had a great time at Sam’s and Cris place. The home was very spacious enough to fit a family of 9 plus more of needed. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back to see the Media room,Gym additions .

Felt like staying at a friend’s—host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We booked this Airbnb last minute for a quick NYC trip, and the host was exceptional from start to finish. She responded quickly, confirmed our stay right away, and shared helpful info before our trip. She checked in about our arrival time and was so understanding about flight delays. Check-in was seamless, and the place was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and so well-decorated I wanted to take the furniture home! The A/C was off upon arrival, as the host had let us know in advance, and we just needed a moment to figure it out—no issue at all once it was on. The location is great: just 5–10 mins from Newark Penn Station, which takes you straight into Manhattan near Times Square and MSG. We had a blast exploring and felt totally supported by our host, who offered thoughtful recommendations and checked in throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area!

Of the 15 or so Airbnbs I've stayed at, one of the very best. Truly delightful 1BR, 2nd floor apt, beautifully appointed, so well thought out. Great bathroom and very cool kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker (I went to nearby ShopRite and bought my own favorite coffee pod flavors). I loved that their cleaning person does all the dishes, you don't have to. Very spacious bedroom with extra comfy bed, an end-of-bed bench, couch, office workspace, in-window A/C unit and space heater. One of my favorite parts is that there wasn't just a TV in the living room, but in the bedroom, wall-mounted with swing arm. Since I usually watch TV in bed at home I felt RIGHT at home — and, actually, didn't use the living room at all (although for winter it has great wall-mounted, simulated fireplace). And, to top it off, Eulis was just THE BEST host! Very communicative. This will be my "go-to" for all my future annual NY trips! (Note: let her know in advance if you don't want scented plug-ins.)

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

The host was great. Very responsive and had a solution to every situation. The only issue was the upstairs neighbour was very loud and there was a lot of stomping coming from upstairs and you may see some ants due to the change in season. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Exactly as described, we were greeted with some snacks as well. Good communication.

Mary’s Place is a hidden gem in the NYC & New Jersey area. The neighborhood is a quiet and very safe, family friendly location. The views of Manhattan that you can find, just a few blocks away, are AMAZING! There are also lots of ethnic places to eat within a few blocks (Italian, Columbian, Argentinian, etc.) Bus transportation to Midtown Manhattan is literally 2 blocks away and the ride is about 15 minutes. Mary’s Place is was extremely clean, private, and with all the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable too. When we go back to the NYC area, we will definitely rebook Mary’s Place!

Amazing stay, even better than the photos! Host was also extremely responsive and very accommodating to changes needed due to travel disruptions.

These are very nice places and there are many great Portuguese restaurants in the area. I picked this property because it was close to where I was working this week and because it had dedicated parking. The building complex looks new and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm hoping to stay here again next time I have work in the area.

Beautiful stay in Hoboken.. Emily’s place is perfect to access the Path train to NYC with just a 5 min walk to the station or grab a ferry across the river. The apartment is exactly like the photos and there is everything you need.. has been well thought out. Emily responds quickly to all messages and was happy to let us drop our luggage and head out for lunch while the apartment was still being cleaned. Gorgeous neighbourhood to come back to after crazy days in the city. Try Dear Maud for great food and cocktails but be sure to book! Thanks again Emily for a fantastic stay!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The communication was quick and friendly and we received many valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport, it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. There are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets, within walking distance of the apartment. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Absolutely amazing stay! The host was super nice and responsive — always happy to help with anything we needed. The home was clean, comfy, and well-located. Honestly, this was the best Airbnb experience I've had so far. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

Linyan was an incredible host! Not only was she friendly and helpul, she even surprised us with a cake and presents for my daughter's 5th birthday while we were there! Truly a wonderful place to stay with a great host. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Great house, well equipped and large for a big family

staying here for the second time, and felt very peaceful, comfy and spacious place like the first time. the host adjusted as I had to check in early. this place has all the amenities that one will need washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Will stay here again if I have to.
