Tourangeau d’origine, je vous accueille dans ma maison rénovée. Elle est paisible, centrale et à quelques pas de nombreux commerces et du Tramway (République à 200m)qui vous permettra d’être à Tours centre en 15 minutes. La rocade a proximité, ouvre l’accès aux autoroutes A10, A28 et A85. Le logement est bien équipé (2 TV, Internet, cuisine équipée…), pourvu d’une décoration chaleureuse et soignée et d’un jardinet avec terrasse aménagée. Vous serez ici comme chez vous, pour un séjour agréable🌿

I rent my little house, 3 bedrooms, one with shower and sink, 1 upstairs bathroom with toilet and toilet downstairs. The staircase is secured by a gate. The kitchen opens onto the living room.
