Enjoy the comfort of our bright and spacious apartment in Janov nad Nisou - an ideal place for winter and summer holidays. In winter you will appreciate the quick access to the well-maintained cross-country ski tracks and nearby ski slopes, in summer the apartment becomes a great starting point for hiking and cycling. Within walking distance you will find a swimming pool, a toboggan run and a small climbing wall. A direct bus will take you to the center of Bedřichov. In addition, there is a well-stocked convenience store in the village, which is also open on weekends.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

You can relax immensely, but also head out to the trails of the Jizera Magistrale. In winter, they is the best place for cross-country skiing. In summer, you can explore the mountains by bike or on foot. It's no coincidence that Bedřichov is considered an ideal place for families with children. Here, both happily playing children and enthusiastic sports lovers will feel at home

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.
