Holiday rentals with a patio in José Menino beach

Our stay at Jae's apartment was simply wonderful! The place is amazing, super comfortable and with a view of the gods, really breathtaking. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and organized. Jae was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to help us with any questions. A special highlight was the flexibility in check-in, which made all the difference for us. It was a very positive experience and we certainly intend to return soon. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

The space is exactly as in the photos, very pleasant, clean, functional and with a rare tranquility (we woke up to the birds singing). We enjoyed everything, without missing anything. I definitely recommend it and I'll come back again.

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it has markets and plenty of commerce. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We were able to have a BBQ and enjoy a lot. Bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it easy not to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want kitchens and wi-fi for remote work. For those who need uber, we are able to get around without problems with this type of transport. You can rent it without fear!

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very hot pool with a beautiful view. Porter's very dearest. The beach has more hectic waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
