Holiday rentals with beach access in José Menino beach

The stay was excellent! The location is incredible, next to the emissary, overlooking the sea and really standing on the sand — something rare on the waterfront. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the lodging. I recommend it!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The apartment is identified to the ad, quiet street, very well located, close to the beach and restaurants, bars and bakery. The space was clean and well taken care of, Internet service and TV working well. The village has basic cleaning and kitchen items that are essential for the stay. Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
