Also close to Elmia (300-metre walking distance), Rosenlundsbadet swimming pool and Husqvarna Garden. You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. In the woods of Asa (called the highlands of southern Sweden) we rent out our stuga. It is located in a beautiful area in Småland with many lakes, hills and forests, there are nearby bathing places with jetties and beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. There are several hiking trails and cities nearby. (Like Växjö) The cottage is located in the woods on our property. We live off-grid and try to create a vegetable garden full of flowers every year.
