Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jones County

Everything was perfect! Nance was a wonderful host, very clean, very clear instructions. I will say the only thing that threw me off was the surrounding because there is a condemned house right next to it and the rest of the neighborhood is run down. Overall though it was a wonderful stay and the location is very convenient with it only being 5-8 minutes from downtown.

I went to New Bern with a friend from many years ago for a short visit. We each wanted our own bedroom and bathroom, plus the place had to be pretty (of course!). I searched online for a while - hotels, Bed and Breakfast places, other ABNB dwellings, but Connie's was absolutely perfect. The townhouse is really prettier than the pictures and the setting is incredibly peaceful. We sat on the deck beside the waterway/canal each afternoon we were there. We also spent time on the deck and the enclosed porch which have nice views of the water. The townhouse was very well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire dwelling was extremely clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and pleasant in appearance. There is a small balcony adjoining one of the bedrooms and sitting there with a cup of hot tea was a nice way to start the day. Compared to other places I looked at, this was a much better value. The home is lovely and Connie is easy to reach if there are questions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Our stay was absolute heaven. We were looking for a place to get some rest and relaxation, this place was perfect. We hardly left the back porch. What a peaceful place! The house was pristine, clean and had everything we needed. Mathew was the best host, very responsive and helpful. We had such a great time at his place.... good views, good company and good times were had. Can't say enough good things about this place and Mathew. The boat ride was awesome, loved seeing the bald eagles and beavers up close! 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here! We for sure will be back!

My husband, pup, and I traveled to Jacksonville, NC to visit our Marine, his wife, and their new baby. The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The expansive outdoor area made it feel as though you were in the middle of nowhere, yet in reality you are close to everything (restaurants, grocery, gas, etc...). The huge walk in shower has made me rethink my own bathroom, as I would love to have something similar in my home. Cathy, the host, was always available and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If available, we will definitely stay here again next time we travel to the Jacksonville area.
