Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. We are renting out our house in Kåbdalis (Swedish Lapland). You will have a fully equipped house, over 130 square meters, all for yourself. The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

The villa is newly renovated with new spacious kitchen and bathroom on the entrance level as well as newly built sauna, laundry room and basement cabin. Nice patio and south facing green where you can hang out, grill, play games and pick apples in the big apple tree. Parking with engine heater. Welcome!

Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
