Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Visit the nice ice rink that stretches between the southern and northern ports inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones who gets to experience the magical northern lights?

The cottage with an amazing view over the lake is new renovated in december 2016. Perfect for families or friends, one day, a weekend or a week, for holidays or for working remotely. Free use of the wood-heated sauna. The cottage has almost no neighbours and is a perfekt spot to relax or to shoots pictures from the aurora Borealis/northernlight. Activities (dogsled, snowskoter, snowshoeing) possible to arrange. 1 hour driving from Icehotel. Mitt boende passar par, affärsresenärer och familjer.

Guest cabin

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

A great place to view the Northern Lights Sep to April and Midnight sun in June. We can provide information for snowmobile and dog sledge tours. Great for photography with particularly good light. Nordic skiing equipment free to use on trails round the village.(Provided we have your size). Warm clothing available if needed. Restaurant will open14/6/22-13/08/22 10am-6pm daily. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Cleaning and bed linen included! Villa Becca in Blåfjell is located at the top of the hill near Beccabacken with ski-in/ski-out location in Kåbdalis. Cozy apartment on the ground floor with combined kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and bathroom and sauna. Bedroom 1 Double bed (160 cm) Bedroom 2 Family bed (bunk bed 90 cm wide upstairs and 140 cm wide downstairs) Bathroom Toilet, shower, and sauna Parking spaces are just outside the house. Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! Vi kan även erbjuda en vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad! Även städning kan köpas mot en extra avgift om man har bråttom!
