Aloha! I am Paphada. Welcome to our vocation home! The studio is perfect for responsible guests on a budget who are traveling by themselves. We speak Thai, Russian and English languages. We are between two great beaches: busy Waikiki and family Ala Moana beach and park with barbecue places. The gated building has 24 hours security, pool, barbecue place and laundry on site. The parking is in the building, next to an elevator.
“Paphada was a great host - extremely communicative, always ready to answer any questions and also able to offer help and support, such as when my phone was spoilt and I had to rearrange for a delivery to the apartment for a replacement phone. The place was extremely well located, walking distance to Waikiki beach and the ala Moana center, while there are several nice cafes nearby for your breakfast needs. Meanwhile the apartment was itself was very clean with everything you need provided. Thanks Paphada for a great stay”
Hawaiian, Balinese and Asian decor greets your senses as you enter the home. Ginger, a shitzu-poodle loves to be pet and play fetch. Your home the next few days/weeks will feel like a home away from home. Should you have friends/family/activities pre-booked on your schedules then this home will be a great Hawaiian comfort to come back to. If this is your trip to learn about culture and meet new faces, then I look forward to getting to know you and learning more about you. Aloha & Mahalo!
“A pleasant stay, with exceptional hospitality. Staying at Emy’s place is a great choice for a number of reasons: -Close to downtown honolulu, waikiki, and Diamondhead National Monument, as well as a number of other great hiking spots. -Bed is comfortable, in a well ventilated home overlooking the city and ocean -Emy is a gracious host, who is flexible regarding check-in and check-out -Washer and Dryer are available for laundry, and Emy provided detergent for us to use. -Spacious common area, which even though it is shared, both Emy and Jen are approachable and friendly and mostly keep to themselves. The one con I’d say is that you have to use street parking, which there isn’t much of if you’re returning later at night. Just be careful of where you park. Overall, great choice if you want to spend less money on lodging and just get out and experience Oahu!”
“To comply with City and County of Honolulu Land Use Ordinance residential zoning regulations, this property is being provided to our short term guest exclusively to be utilized for a full 30 day occupancy or greater. Nightly rates are based on a minimum stay of 30 days. Please send me an inquiry if you have questions or if you have a travel dates that are different then stated above.” If you need less days, we can negotiate and I can block off the remaining month.
“Great place to stay in Hawaii! The place was clean and small. We spent most of our time outside but enjoyed the space when there. Pam also had a great recommendations!”
