Perfect Airbnb: Easy to find, park and enter with a key code, a lot of space inside, kitchen, bath all perfectly clean, even a child bed and a child seat were prepared, all in a lovely little village were we had a wonderful quiet night after a long drive. Really conventient bed and pillows. I have to remember this airbnb for next time when we are on the route through France because it is exactly what I dream of an Airbnb. Thank you for the stay!

Stéphanie is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house is very well maintained with a very nice decoration . You will find everything you need for a great stay and I had forgotten homemade brioche and jam. I highly recommend it if you have to stay near Auxerre.

We had a very quiet family stay in this large house, mainly by the fire in the very pleasant living room. It's a bit like meeting in the country house of friends: don't expect a place exclusively for rent.

We had the most wonderful night to finish off our ski holiday before our shuttle home. Loads to keep the children entertained and we had a bbq in the spring sunshine before sinking into comfy beds. If you want a relaxing holiday with friends and family then book this place right now. The location is private and idyllic. The facilities (heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi) meant that we stayed at the house for the whole trip and the kids were always entertained. A perfect trip full of memories!

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

This beautiful and large house participated greatly in making these few days with family very successful! vast and very pleasant interior with its beautiful fireplace that we used well... extremely well-equipped kitchen where we loved to cook, a great sound system for music, board games available, great bedding ... and above all we particularly appreciated the huge and beautiful garden ( park, very nice night lighting) where there is everything you need to chill, for lunch, with a very nice bocce court where we laughed! The pool should be great in summer with its location in the heart of nature. So it's a beautiful place to spend a stay in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere! Thanks to Christella who kindly welcomed us and Frédéric for the speed of communication.

Great weekend in a really exotic and peaceful setting! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, well decorated and above all very functional with quality equipment: the BBQ and dishwasher were particularly appreciated for our group of 8. The view from the garden is beautiful, a real plus to relax. A few things to note: there was some dust in some corners of the house and the oven wasn't very clean. The common areas were ok. Regarding the pool, even if the weather probably would not have allowed us to use it, it would have been helpful to specify in the listing that it was not available at this time of year. Finally, the configuration of the toilet built into the bathroom made it a little complicated for a group of 8. Despite these few comments, we had a great stay and really enjoyed this place where you feel cut off from the world without missing anything.

Great house: very welcoming, well decorated, the living-dining-kitchen area is perfect: it is well separated from the bedroom space: no noise problem and is big enough for everyone to meet up: we were 14 adults and 6 children: very good! The kitchen is well equipped. Bedding is good. The waves are good. I recommend it!

The pool is very nice and heated and there are plenty of amenities to do activities in: ping pong, badminton, foosball, board games, etc. Anne and her husband are absolutely adorable and attentive. We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

Vladimir has a beautiful little haven of peace, a beautiful refuge to stay and decompress, he was always available very kind. The conditions are ideal for coming with family and especially with children who will find their happiness between sports activities and board games in the cottage. I recommend it, of course! No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

We were only passing through for 1 night in the cottage but enjoyed the calm and the welcome that Catherine and Philippe gave us despite this short stay. The cottage is as described, with its 3 beds located in the same room, possibility of having breakfast at an additional cost but it was worth it: very good and hearty. Thanks Catherine and Philippe!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!
