The master bedroom is a shared lounge of approx. 36 m² with TV With its approx. 800 m², the garden in shared use offers enough space to relax and enjoy. Barbecuing is possible, 1 fire bowl, 1 seating area, 1 Hollywood swing, etc.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

Apartmán Krušnohor

A cosy, stylishly furnished 2+kk apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings of the Ore Mountains, in the village of Černý potok, just 10 km from Klínovec. The apartment offers: Living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Bedroom with double bed. Full bathroom. On the ground floor of the building, you can use the sauna with a relaxation room. (online booking). Sauna is for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area near a forest, 15 km from Klínovec. The apartment has a terrace with a small seating area.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

A cozy ground-floor 1+kk apartment in the village of Černý Potok, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and peaceful relaxation. Layout: 1 room + kitchenette, one living room with a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor - barrier-free access. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, comfortable sleeping. There is a sauna with a relaxation room on the ground floor (online reservation). There is a fee for the sauna. Pets are allowed for a fee.

The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

Nostalgic cottage right on the Zschopau

We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
