I can't imagine staying anywhere else, Jeff and Dawn set an extremely high bar. The home is beautiful, clean, and as described. Jeff is responsive, warm, and wonderful to talk to. We will absolutely be staying again, I can't thank you enough! See you again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Alexandra’s apartment. The design was cozy and lovely with eclectic artwork tastefully displayed throughout. The fridge was well stocked with a variety of complimentary beverages, as well as a large variety of coffee and tea available. We had everything we needed and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. She was kind, welcoming and helpful. We would definitely come back!

The Milkhouse was adorable. I loved how it was decorated. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The bed...wow! It was so comfortable i had to ask what the brand was! Close by to all the herkimer mines. We will definitely recommend to all our rockhound friends.

This is by far one of the nicest dog friendly airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Everything was perfectly clean and meticulously decorated. It felt like we were staying at a fancy BnB more than someone’s in-law apartment. The neighborhood was great for us to walk our dogs around and we loved seeing all the beautiful gardens and houses nearby.
