10 minutes from I - 95. If you're looking for a quiet place to rent in the country, maintenance-free, this is it! Clean linens and towels, kitchen, queen sized bed and 2 futons are available for your use. Stand up tile shower with a seat. Apt is on the rear of my property. Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb. Contactless check-in Pool is open!

The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.
