This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Fully furnished with a King bed, coffee-bar, and breakfast table. Private outdoor seating area with lighting, gas and wood fire pit. Wood avail to purchase. Restroom-guest fav, is a few minutes’ walk and located in a shared building, not in unit, pictures in listing. AC in summer (June 1) and electric heater in winter. Non aggressive dogs allowed. Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. No pets accepted!

2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work the fastest but it is only one available because of the hills. Two of our tvs are on cable so always work one is on the internet and works if internet is working.
