My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

Communication was excellent and host was exceptionally accommodating!

Pictures were exactly the way the place looked. It was very adorable inside while I was there. The air conditioner stopped working, but he sent someone out right away. Got it fixed.

This place is exactly what you hope an Airbnb would be! It was very clean, free of clutter, plenty of linens and pillows, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the best touch was the very well stocked coffee bar! The hosts were communicative and the directions were clear. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway. We enjoyed running on the sidewalks through the different neighborhoods each morning.

Lisa and Craig are transforming this farm house into a modern, comfortable home. The house has three nice sized bedrooms, a large dining area as well as a large kitchen that is open to the great room. The location is unique in that the house sits on about a one hundred acre farm; however, it is an easy quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Lisa and Craig were extremely nice and responded in minutes to our inquiries. They worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was incredible! Felt at home, had everything you could possibly need, and Christina was extremely communicative and messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will absolutely book again!

Great family place located in a quiet area and close to shops. Pool, hot tub and play area were a hit with the kids. Lots of space. The home is located within driving distance of several activities.

Wonderful house in a terrific location. Tastefully designed home. Loved the dragonfly theme, Franklin artwork and pictures of the town throughout the home. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We were visiting family and will definitely be back.

great place and location

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

We loved the loft! It was in a great location, the nighttime sound machines in the bedrooms made a great addition to filter out the noise from the streets at night. We would definitely use this location again!

Great and easy stay and Griffin was responsive and accommodating to an early check in when I arrived early for a conference. The place was clean and matched description. The neighborhood itself is a bit quiet and up and coming in terms of development but within a 10 minute walk there were options for restaurants and such. It’s convenient if you’re attending a conference at the convention center or don’t need things right next door. Would stay again.
