The house has a sauna,winter garden, terrace.The yard is big, with a forest area. In the summer kitchen there is a smoke oven, a barbecue, and a possibility of cooking. We are located 40 minutes by car from the Lahemaa National Park, in the center of Tallinn and 40 minutes by car from the airport.

The gated semi-detached house has two floors - 2x bedrooms on top and living/kitchen area on the ground floor which leads to a private sunny terrace and a garden area, only available to the gated community. The garden has a great play area for kids - leaving you with a stress free terrace🧘🏼‍♀️ Ideal stay for a family or a group of friends. Animal free house (in case of allergies).

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

Sauna house- sauna with overnight stay

The sauna is located in a scenic spot,. We rented bikes and went to the beach to watch the sunset😊 The rye party fell asleep with its special song, and the morning began with a rooster song. So if you want to pôgenate nostalgia looking for years I recommend going and get to know the place🙏

We had a family gathering with adults and children and everyone loved the place. The kids had plenty to do with the trampoline, fishing in the pond, and even a little play house. The adults were able to relax and soak up the beautiful nature surrounding the home. Markin was helpful and proactive and even brought us a fishing pole to take the kids to the pond and catch their first fish! If you are looking for peace and tranquility for all ages, Markin and his country home are sure to provide an amazing experience.

Cozy house with a private garden

--- We had an amazing stay at Signe’s place ! The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Our favorite part was the covered balcony – perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, with groceries shopping in 20min walk distance and a restaurant just a few houses away. Traveling with my three grandkids, watching the trains from the backyard was a big hit. I highly recommend staying at Singen’s place, whether for a short or long stay. It truly felt like a home away from home! Thank you Signe for sharing your place!

Dmitri and his family gave a beautiful home that’s also very welcoming to travellers. We spent few days in their home and loved every minute of it. The views from sauna are worth mentioning seeing as the house is basically in the city!
