Very nice spot for one person or a couple. Convenient access to JP base area and amenities. Neat and tidy space, nicely appointed. Great communication from owner.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.

Everything about our stay was great. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we would expect to need (and more). It was very clean, and an all around great setup. We had 4 people stay here while attending a work conference. It was extremely comfortable for that many people; both privately and socially. We liked it so much everyone in our group was asking if we could book the same condo for next year's conference. Also, we had another group of employees attending the conference who stayed in a different condo at another area of the resort. When they stopped by one evening to say hi, they asked if I could book their condo next year since our place was so nice. Two people in our group needed to be there earlier than the other two. The fact they were ready for us to check in a few hours early, and ok with us doing so, was a big help and greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Gina and David's condo for anyone looking to stay at Jiminy Peak.

The location and the proximity to the mountain made this stay very convenient. Lauren also made things easy with a key code to enter the unit and was responsive before and after the trip to answer any questions we had. Already booked for another trip.
