We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

In the comfortably furnished attic of our detached house with an apartment, you can definitely feel really comfortable. With a bed 1.80 x 2.00 and a bed 1.40 x 2.00 for two people each in two separate bedrooms, an additional sofa bed in the living-dining area, controlled ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen and balcony, nothing is left to be desired!

Bavarian Cottage - 30 mins to Munich

A lovely, renovated 3 room apartment between Munich and Ingolstadt. Ideal for business people, couples or small families visiting Munich and surrounding areas or as a stopover if heading to Austria, Italy etc. Train station just a few minutes walk - Munich and Ingolstadt 30 minutes. Champions League, Oktoberfest and Christmas market visitors welcome.

Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view of the garden. The grill and terrace may be used. To the Waldschwaigsee about 400m, to the bus stop about 200m. My dog runs freely around the property. Dachau is 2 km away, Munich is about 15 km away.
