From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. My apartment is a quiet and charming space overlooking Mount Montgó. It is located in Jesús Pobre, 10 kilometers from Denia and 7 kilometers from Jávea. The village is very nice and every Sunday it celebrates a traditional market with local and artisanal products famous in the area. It takes thirteen minutes by car to get to Las Marinas beach. Here you will have everything at hand without stress or crowds. You have a swimming pool, elevator and above all good energy.
