Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. The village is very nice and every Sunday it celebrates a traditional market with local and artisanal products famous in the area. It takes thirteen minutes by car to get to Las Marinas beach. Here you will have everything at hand without stress or crowds. You have a swimming pool, elevator and above all good energy.
