Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jervis Bay Territory

A beautiful, scenic, rustic spot in nature . We spent the weekend connecting with family around the kitchen, fire place and fire pit, all our favourite things for a perfect winter weekend. We will be back in warmer weather to make use of the kayaks! An added bonus of bioluminescence in the water around the jetty, a bucket list item ticked.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs but this was by far the most amazing in how everything was thought about. Not only was the house beautiful with comfortable bedding and furniture but the little things were all accounted for from mosquito repellent to picnic basket every amenity and convenience was supplied. We truly enjoyed our stay I can’t recommend the house and host enough stunning location and property with every little touch included. Would definitely stay again 10/10.

Excellent accommodation, couldnt recommend more. Friendly, helpful hosts, lots of thoughful touches and the most child friendly considered place I've stayed. Clean and spacious and gorgeous calming views from the living room. Thanks a million for our stay, would love to stay again 😊

We have stayed here a couple of times now and love it,house and games room has everything u need and more,its very comftable and location on the river is epic..We caught some good fish off the warf aswell which was a bonus.Will be back again for sure...

Was an amazing stay and great location. everything you need like restaurants and water within 5-10 minutes travelling. Was a really nice home to stay at great location was just extremely windy and cold but other then that was a amazing stay.

We had a wonderful few days here with a group of family friends. It was the perfect setup for both adults and kids. Even though the rain changed some of our outdoor plans there was plenty to keep us all entertained in the house, including (and especially) the toddlers! They loved the cubby house and toys. With plenty of space to hang out together and separately, we didn't feel like we were in each other's way. We had everything we needed for a lovely few days away. The house is a short drive from shops, beaches, cafes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing weekend away here. Located in a quiet and beautiful area, the stay had plenty of space and matched the listing - if not, exceeded expectations! Chris and Therese were fantastic hosts, very responsive and hospitable. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mark and Jo's 'jewel'! They were the perfect hosts. The apartment is modern, spacious and spotless with lovely touches and all the amenities you can think of. A beautiful outdoor area (with a BBQ) is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst taking in the stunning views. Very private and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to everything. We were so impressed and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and spacious hideaway. Thank you Mark and Jo, for a memorable visit and we look forward to seeing both again soon.

Our stay was overall very comfortable and smooth. The space was so spacious with the bedroom separate to the kitchen and lounge area which made it a really nice space to be in. The house kept warmth very well which was great given how cold it was because of the ravaging winds. There was adequate heating too. The kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. We fully enjoyed our stay here!

Such a great place to stay. Debbie was a fantastic host. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Good size apartment and garage parking for our car. Bikes available and a table tennis table downstairs. Quiet, with easy access to beautiful walking trails and beaches. Great restaurants and coffee not far by car. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for exploring Jervis Bay. Cozy house with a beautiful outdoor area with a magnificent view. Outside there's a Bbq which is great for cooking and relaxing with that magnificent view.

The Place of Grace was a beautiful place to stay. Fully equipped with everything you need and walking distance to beautiful beaches and shops of Vincentia. Felipe was a great host and offered great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive. Highly recommend

Peita & Rod were wonderful hosts. We had a wedding at The Woods Farm and this accomodation was the perfect location from us. The space has everything you need with a beautiful court yard aswell. Will definitely be recommending this place for anyone attending any wedding venues in surrounding areas. Thank you Peita & Rod
