Very comfortable, with AC and ceiling fans in the living room and in the room. The living room-kitchen has two large windows that directly face the street. The room also has a window that overlooks a very little pedestrian street. Access to the central patio of the building where the family pool is located and the rooftop terrace equipped for rest and enjoyment of the views. It's ideal for one or two people, but if you want to have a family atmosphere and there are three, four or five of you, there's a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in the bedroom. It is important to know that there is only one bathroom and that it is inside the room. In the case of more than two people, the owner must be notified in advance so that he can prepare the accommodation for your convenience. A surcharge will be applied to the fifth person. The tenants will have access to the pool that is located on the house patio. It's a pool like the ones that had some old manor houses in the city: a jewel and a rare privilege for a house in the city center.
