Casa Patio Sur, Apart IV, Jerez Historic Centre

Great, fully equipped apartment on the first floor. Distributed into a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with an integrated rest (or work) area. Very comfortable, with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The living room/kitchen has two large windows that look directly out onto the street. The room also has a window that overlooks a small pedestrian street with very, very little traffic. Access to the building's central courtyard, where the family pool is located, and to the rooftop terrace, equipped for relaxation and enjoying the views. It's ideal for one or two people, but if you want to have a family vibe and there are three or four of you, there's a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It is important to know that there is only one bathroom and that it is inside the room. If there are three or four of you, you must notify the owner in advance so that they can prepare the accommodation for your comfort. Tenants will have access to the swimming pool located in the house's courtyard. It's a pool like the ones that some of the city's stately homes used to have: a jewel and a rare privilege for a house in the city centre. It is for the exclusive use of all guests staying at Casa Patio Sur, and there is a basic principle for everyone: respect for the rest of others. There is also access to the rooftop terrace, a spacious area that invites you to enjoy the views of the cathedral. On the terrace, there are garden chairs where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors with family or friends. There are also several hammocks for sunbathing and water for cooling off on hot days. Just like the pool, it is for the exclusive use of all guests staying at Casa Patio Sur, and there is a basic principle for everyone: respect for the rest of others. PLEASE read the House Rules section.
